Hi! Our class just started doing a new lesson in math about grade 9 math practise and lessons and I did pretty well for most assignments we got but the latest one my teacher gave really complicated so I'd appreciate if someone will help me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my math teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried doing it but still can’t get it right. I just can’t answer it with ease unlike the other assignments. I had no trouble doing my past homeworks but this particular assignment with specific topic of distance of points just gives me difficulty just knowing how to start . I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if somebody help me in showing the steps and how to solve it in a systematic and clear way.
I know how annoying it can be if you are a bit lost with grade 9 math practise and lessons. It’s a bit hard to give you advice without more information of your needs . But if you don’t want to pay for a tutor, then why not just use some software and see what you think. There are numerous programs out there, but one you should consider would be Algebrator. It is pretty helpful plus it is not expensive .
I agree , a good program can do miracles . I tried a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't matter what class you are in, I myself used it in Pre Algebra and College Algebra as well , so you don't have to worry that it's not on your level. If you never used a program before I can tell you it's very easy , you don't need to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the software solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.
Is it really true that a software can do that? I don’t really know much anything about this Algebrator but I am really looking for some help so would you mind suggesting me where could I find that software ? Is it downloadable over the net ? I’m hoping for your fast response because I really need help badly .
I remember having often faced difficulties with graphing inequalities, 3x3 system of equations and radicals. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and Intermediate algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
