matlab tutorial programming hyperbola is my worst problem. Can any one assist me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

Algebrator is one useful tool. I don’t have much interest in math and have found it to be complicated all my life. Yet one cannot always leave math because it sometimes becomes a compulsory part of one’s course work. My younger brother is a math expert and I found this software in his laptop. It was only then I understood why he finds this subject to be so simple .
I am a regular user of Algebrator. It not only helps me complete my assignments faster, the detailed explanations given makes understanding the concepts easier. I advise using it to help improve problem solving skills.
Is the software really that helpful? I’m just concerned because the software might not really help because it only answers the problem per ?e. I like to learn how a problem is solved and not only know the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this product ?
