You really shouldn’t have spent money on a private tutor . Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor , you could have saved yourself loads of money! Anyway, what’s done is done . In order to make sure that you do well in your exams I would recommend trying Algebrator. It’s a user-friendly software. It can solve the toughest problems for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how to go about solving it! At one point in time when even I was having difficulty understanding x-intercept, y-intercept and simplifying fractions. But thanks to Algebrator, it’s all good now .

I remember having problems with least common denominator, linear algebra and complex fractions. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Pre Algebra and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
