glencoe math concepts, 6th grade

Hello Math Gurus. Ever since I have encountered glencoe math concepts, 6th grade at college I never seem to be able to get through it well. I am a topper at all the other chapters , but this particular branch seems to be my weakness . Can some one aid me in understanding it easily ?

I have used many programs to grapple with my difficulties with syntehtic division, ratios and linear algebra. Of them, my experience with Algebrator has been the finest. I have tried a number of math programs . I would not name them here, but they were of no use . I hope this one is not like the one’s I’ve used in the past .
