I have been using Algebrator and it has helped a great deal. I find it very helpful as a check against my problems. I solve them manually and then use it to check my work.

Your program so far has been great. I purchased this software for my 13 yr. old daughter who is having some problems in math. We have a tutor coming over to the house and between your software and him she got her first "A" in a very hard chapter test. As you might know sometimes when you see a different approach on a problem or sometimes just someone else showing you different ways to understand the problem that is all it takes. I am a parent of an 8th grader:The software itself works amazingly well - just enter an algebraic equation and it will show you step by step how to solve and offer clear, brief explanations, invaluable for checking homework or reviewing a poorly understood concept. The practice test with printable answer key is a great self check with a seemingly endless supply of non-repeating questions. Just keep taking the tests until you get them all right = an A+ in math.
